In WASTED, you'll find yourself in a post-apocalyptic world where humanity has been reduced to its most basic, brutal form. You are a Waster, one of the toughest, meanest, and downright dumbest survivors left on earth. Your mission is to navigate the treacherous wasteland, scavenging for resources and fighting tooth and nail against other Wasters for dominance. But don't get too comfortable - death comes quick in this unforgiving environment, and what's yours today might be picked off your pile of guts tomorrow.
The gameplay loop revolves around exploring procedurally generated Coolers, massive underground bunkers filled with deadly traps, vicious raiders, and disgusting mutants. You'll scrounge up ammo and items from the surroundings and loot the bodies of dead enemies for their stuff. When you're not busy fighting for your life, you'll be customizing your character through the S.H.O.T.S. system by drinking irradiated bottles of Booze, gaining powerful Hangovers, and mutating yourself with a myriad of permanent abilities.
